Daily police blotter11/22/2023 The trespasser was convinced to leave the residence. The officers learned that the caller, a 26-year-old Corvallis male, had two Benton County Circuit Court warrants (FTA-DUII and PCS) and was cited on those warrants. Warrant arrest- A caller in the 2800-block SE Park Pl reported a person whom he had met on a dating site and was at his place visiting was now refusing to leave. The suspect fought while being taken into custody and an officer sustained a minor injury resulting in him seeking treatment at the local hospital. The suspect also had an Albany Municipal Court warrant and was additionally charged with other charges. Warrant arrest/Resist- A 29-year-old male with no fixed address was taken into custody on a Parole warrant (Burg 2) after being contacted as a theft suspect in the 300-block SW Washington Avenue. The driver was cited on other driving violations as well. Warrant arrest- A 32-year-old Lebanon female was cited on a Marion County Circuit Court warrant (FTA-Theft 2) after being contacted as a passenger in a vehicle during traffic stop near HWY 99/NW Elks Drive. Warrant arrest- A 54-year-old Corvallis female was cited on a Benton County Circuit Court warrant (FTA-Theft 2) after being contacted on a dumpster diving complaint in the 200-block NE Conifer Blvd. He was arrested and taken to jail for trespassing. Trespass- The same intoxicated male returned to the business where he had just shoplifted. The female was arrested and taken to jail for violating the no contact order. The male was cited for Open Container, Shoplifting, and Trespassing. The intoxicated male was located in a nearby alley with an open container of alcohol and in the company of a female who was prohibited from contacting him. The male had previously been trespassed from the location. Shoplift/Trespass/Violation of No Contact Order- A male with no fixed address stole alcohol from a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St. Theft- An unidentified suspect stole a generator from a business in the 1900-block of NE Four Acres Pl. The driver, a 32-year-old California resident, was arrested for DUII and taken to the Law Enforcement Center where she received citations. The vehicle was located in the 300-block of NW 5 th St. The 33-year-old male with no fixed address was issued a Trespass Notice at the request of the business and left the area.ĭriving Under the Influence of Intoxicants – Officer responded to locate a reported drunk driver in the 1500-block of NW 9 th St. ![]() Trespass – Officers responded to a business in the 1500-Block of NW 9th St for a report of male who was harassing customers and going through the business’ trash. Identity Theft – Officers took a report from a resident in the 1000-Block of SW Washington Ave of several accounts that had been opened using their identity.īurglary – Officers responded to a report of a burglary in the 2200-Block of NW Harrison Blvd for a report of a high value items taken from a garage that was entered sometime within the last few days. The male was taken into custody and transport to the jail. The officer learned the male had a Benton County and a Lebanon Municipal warrant. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 53-year-old male in the 2500-block of NW Kings Blvd. The caller reported someone had damages all four of his tires on his vehicle in the past couple of days. The male was taken into custody and transported to the jail.Ĭriminal Mischief- An officer took a report of criminal mischief in the 400-block of SW Lilly Avenue. The officer learned the male had an outstanding Benton County warrant. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 25-year-old male with no fixed address in the 1800-block of SW 3rd Street. ![]() The male received a citation for Minor in Possession and transported to the hospital by medics. Upon arrival, officers learned the male, 19-year-old with a Beaverton address, was intoxicated and was found by a passerby. ![]() ![]() MIP Alcohol- Officers responded to the 300-block of NW 26th Street for an unconscious male laying on the sidewalk. Warrant Service – A 50-year-old Corvallis male and a 36-year-old male, both with no fixed address, were contacted at a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St where they were arrested for outstanding warrants.
